Another Reason Why Family Dinners are Important
Yet another study has found more evidence that eating dinner with your kids is a crucial part of raising healthy and happy children. A new study by researchers at the National Center for Addiction and Substance Abuse (CASA) at Columbia University has found that teens who infrequently eat dinners with their family (fewer than 3 times a week) are more likely to say they'll use drugs in the future than kids who eat dinner often with their family (5 or more times a week)...
