From Maureen Ryan, your Guide to Toddlers and Twos
When my oldest son turned one, he got a $1 balloon and a homemade birthday cake. He was thrilled, but since then, I've tried to improve on things a bit. He just turned four. We had a Star Wars themed bash with eight of his pals, a clown (who didn't make anyone cry) and face painting. A great success! For some ideas on planning a great birthday for one, two, or three year olds, see the links below. Share your birthday tips as well.
